Sleeping Apart, Staying Connected

A gentle live workshop for families who want to move away from co-sleeping while keeping connection at the heart.

Wednesday, May 7th at 6:00 PM EST

I'm In!

You can want more space at night and stay deeply connected to your child.

You’ve shared a bed, snuggled through the night, and built a deep sense of security with your little one. But now — you’re wondering if it might be time for a change.

This workshop is designed to support you in that transition. You don’t have to sleep train. You don’t have to disconnect. And you don’t have to go it alone.

Whether your child is a baby, toddler, or somewhere in between, you’ll leave this workshop with clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward — one that honors your child’s emotional needs and your own.

What We’ll Cover:

Attachment

Temperament
Why your child’s unique temperament matters when planning any sleep transition

Creating a Plan
Step-by-step guidance on how to gently move from co-sleeping to sleeping apart

Navigating Setbacks
Understanding sleep is not linear but you can get back on track

You CAN have space at night while keeping the bond with your child strong.

In this live workshop, I’ll guide you through a gentle, attachment-focused approach to transitioning your child to their own sleep space—whether that’s a crib, floor bed, or their own room. You’ll learn how to make the process feel safe, loving, and gradual, so both you and your child feel ready for this change.

After the workshop, I’ll stay on to answer your questions, so you’ll leave with a plan that feels right for your family.

Grab My Spot!

I’m here to guide you through this with gentleness.

As a mom myself, I understand firsthand the emotions that come with making sleep changes. My own journey with my daughter, Nora, has shaped the way I support families today—honoring both a child’s need for closeness and a parent’s need for rest.

My goal is for you to walk away with a clear, compassionate plan that supports your child in feeling safe and secure while moving toward more independent sleep—without sleep training. This process doesn’t have to feel like a sudden separation; it can be a gradual, loving shift that strengthens your bond instead of disrupting it.
